Achieve even more customer service by working together. PREMIUM TOOLS has developed the eLC concept with this in mind - the electronic logistic centre. The eLC was set up in 2000 in Wuppertal by the German co-operation centre E/D/E and fitted out with state-of-the-art SAP technology. The items are delivered directly to customers of PREMIUM associates by an international transport service provider.
Each associate of PREMIUM TOOLS is linked up online with eLC. Logged orders are transmitted to the storage system and processed immediately. This means that the customers in Germany can as a rule be supplied within 24 hours and in Europe within 48 hours.
PREMIUM TOOLS has refined the successful concept of the central store successively in recent years. About 25,000 items are kept in store in the eLC for this collaboration. The logistics customer services in the eLC are governed by a quality management system and they are certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000.
